I am offering for sale this Vintage PENN TOOL CO 4-1/2″ Brass Pocket Sliding Rule Inv#HA84W This is a 4-1/2″ rule is marked ” Penn Tool Co., & phone number on one side and Inches & Meters on the other. (see photo). Rule would clean up nicely, brass would shine up better too. I have only wipe it down. It weighs 1oz. “Photos are an integral part of this item’s description.
