Free US Shipping on a Vintage Chrome Penn USA Metal Pulley And Chain. It is from an estate so the amount of use it had is unknown. The top loop used to hang the pulley was made offset and not straight as seen in pic3. The chain moves through the pulley fairly well. The chain does tend to bunch up in one spot.
