This is a vintage leather button hole puncher w/ brass knob. It is stamped "PAT. JUL 6 72", which is a patent granted to Peter Bauer in July 16, 1872. Vintage, likely late 1800's. It's a cool antique that would look great mounted or displayed, and would polish well. Very sturdy production.
