Blacksmith Post Leg Vise, Heavy Duty Antique With Post Mount Clamp And Wedge

This antique is a blacksmith style Post Leg Vise. It includes the scarce clamp and wedge for mounting on a post. Photos show this clamp and wedge. These clamp mounts are quite hard to find. A hardwood wedge was used in addition to the steel wedge to mount this unit. The silver coating is overspray from a barn roof sealing. Unit stands approximately 36” high & Vise jaws will open to approximately 6 or 7”. You are welcome to inspect this or request more information or photos. Price is based on local pickup. Shipment can be arranged (buyer pays freight). The vise is heavy and tall. Weight is estimated at 60#. Shipment via motor freight on a pallet would be best. Thanks for considering this item.
