Pre-owned vintage Brown & Sharpe No. 620 hardened surface gage / surface gauge. Marked “HARDENED,” “620,” “Brown & Sharpe Mfg. Co., Providence, R.I., U.S.A.” with the B&S trademark. This precision machinist layout tool is used for scribing, layout work, checking alignment, inspection, and setup applications. The base has a V-groove and adjustable locking screws/knobs for positioning the rod and scriber holder. Used vintage condition with normal signs of age, use, and storage. Shows scratches, discoloration, patina, and light surface wear/tarnish. Adjustment parts appear present as shown. No case or additional accessories included.
