This steam engine indicator has patents dated July 2 & Sept. 2, 1879, and Apr. 11 & Sept. 51882, and Apr. 30 1895. Two springs, 20D and 60D are in a special marked holder, and there are two extra springs marked 60 and 100. The handle and the lock are brass, and would look great if polished. The wooden case has scratches, especially on the top and bottom. See this and all the pictures.
