Greetings machinists,fabricators ,mechanics and anyone whose vise has 5” wide jaws ! For your consideration is a pair of custom shop made heavy copper vise jaw covers sometimes referred to as soft jaws. They weigh just over one pound each dimensions are pictured. These covers should be able to accommodate 5” jaws easily and have enough material that if you wanted to cut them down they could be adapted to smaller jaws as well. As you can see the faces are oversized and can ad protection to wider / thicker material. Please look closely at the attached images ! They are an important part of the description and help provide a good idea as to the condition of these items.
