This incredible genno is hand forged with steel laminated to a softer iron body. Baba, Masayuki ( 正行 ) apprenticed under Japan’s legendary master genno blacksmith Kozaburo Hasegawa. His superior work is properly forged and hardened and has a signature feel of excellence.
