Combing straight and crossed peen that are idle for fullering steel. * the cross peen side does have micro creases on its edges that are not even a millimeter thick and should not interfere with performance..* To top it off, the sword handle is given a tactical grip courtesy of my laser engraver. It’s the same kind of pattern your would find on a hunting rifle. It looks and feels great. All my hammers are forged only by hand and it shows. Don’t be fooled by mass produced slop. This is a unique hammer that deserves its own name on purchase.
