FIRST OFF, I DON"T KNOW WHERE E-BAY GOT THE $22.60 DELIVERY, could be much more depending on where you live !!!! --- This is a high quality industrial vice with a heavy square slide design-enclosed ACME screw-swivel base with spring loaded indexing pin-ROTATING REAR JAW WITH A TAPERED LOCKING PIN-dovetailed replaceable jaws with vertical pins-NO obvious repairs or broken castings - interesting graduated index markings on the main screw collar as seen in one pic of under side -looks like very good machining throughout -It was suggested to me that it was probably made from 1895 to 1925 -will ship anywhere but the buyer will pay for all shipping charges -it is very heavy ,approx 50 lbs -also available for local pickup at my residence -Any questions ,please ask
