This is a lot of two vintage Jorgensen wood hand screw clamps — a 12-inch No. 2 and a 16-inch No. 4 — both made by the Adjustable Clamp Co. in Chicago, USA. Jorgensen hand screw clamps are among the most respected American-made woodworking clamps ever produced. The parallel wooden jaw design, adjusted via two independent threaded steel rods, allows clamping at angles and on irregular surfaces that bar and pipe clamps cannot accommodate. Both clamps are complete and tested fully functional. The 16-inch No. 4 is a larger and less commonly found size. These are well suited for cabinet making, furniture building and repair, lutherie, and general woodworking. Heavy patina reflects genuine age and shop history.
