The North Brothers Mfg. Co, Philadelphia USA Yankee 30 Screwdriver is a vintage original tool dating back to between Nov 3, 1908, and May 4, 1915. This is not the newer 30A version made after Dec 11, 1923. Manufactured in the United States, with a wooden handle, this screwdriver holds an historical significance as a collectible piece for woodworking enthusiasts and tool collectors. With the brand's reputation for quality craftsmanship, this screwdriver is not only a functional tool but also a unique piece of American made history. The shaft includes six patent dates: April 16, 1895, Nov 2, 1897, Sep 5, 1899, Oct 9, 1900, May 1, 1906, and Nov 3, 1908. Including the bit, it is 14" long when compressed and 20" long when open.
