Single Bit Axe Charleston W. VA. USA Vulcan Arm And Hammer 34” 5lb Vintage

In all my searching I cannot find this exact axe it’s hard to see but there is an arm holding the hammer (Armstrong?) in the middle (no crown) I can read the letter URGEL after it. It’s obviously Charleston and I think above it it says Vulcan Axe (under the folded back of head) If you know more please inform me. The whole thing has been cleaned and sealed. The handle is solid before shipping (besides one chip out of wood by head) may need to be shimmed after shipping. I can cut the head and ship it flat rate envelope if you ask. See pictures.
