Vintage Early Carbon Steel Open End Wrench with V-Shield Logo Made by Vlchek Tool CompanyVlchek Tool Company (pronounced "Vel-check") was founded by a Czech immigrant, Frank Vlchek in 1894 in Cleveland, Ohio. It started out as a small blacksmith shop making and sharpening tools for stonecutters and masons, and later began manufacturing tools and grew to become the largest maker of automobile tool kits including Chevrolet GM, ....
