This is a vintage steel and glass lens, I think it's for an industrial / machine application. The metal frame is marked "ACPL 4642" along with another worn number on the outside. The glass lens has a slight tint to it with very slight magnification. It's in good condition without any chips or cracks to the glass with a few small bubbles, the frame shows wear from age and use.
