Vintage KNIPEX Concreters’ Nippers, model 99 250, made in Germany. Also known as tower pincers, end cutting nippers, or steel fixers’ nippers. Forged steel construction with 10-inch (250 mm) overall length. Marked “KNIPEX 99-250” and “Germany” on the handles. Condition Good vintage condition. Jaws are clean and align properly. Shows light surface wear and patina from normal use. Opens and closes smoothly.
