Vintage Peck, Stow & Wilcox (P.S. & W. Co.) miniature side-cutting lineman’s pliers, model 240-4, made in the USA. Features forged steel construction with side-cutting jaws and a compact 4-inch overall length. The head is stamped P.S. & W. CO., MADE IN U.S.A., and 240-4. Original black finish remains on the handles with bright steel jaws. Condition Good vintage used condition. Shows typical finish wear, light oxidation, and use marks consistent with age.
