Cool little handheld scale for weighing local, domestic, and airmail. Guessing to be late 1940s to late 1950s based on the postage rates. Made by The Exact Weight scale Co, Columbus, OH. Assuming it to be personalized to the Astatic Corp. maker of some pretty fine microphones. Has a calibration mechanism at the one end. Good overall condition but the cap has a crack as seen in last pic. Thank you! SB-3
