This is a cloth bag that was used to put over the long handle garden tools back in the old days to ship them. This one is advertising the Shapleigh Hardware Co. DE Diamond Edge Brand. It measures 42" long x 16 1/2" wide. It is together at the top and open on the bottom in order to slip over the handles. There is a blue spot on it but that is not dirt it was like then from factory.
