Used Snap-on 691 specialty needle nose pliers in average condition. The cutter, nor the ⅛" punch are sharp. This is a rare, early 20th century pair of specialty pliers made for commercial/industry and manufacturers from my research. Snap-on no longer has even a reference to this model number. However, it is mentioned in their archives. works well as needle nose and just a nice piece of history. Has previous owners markings. Made in the USA
