The ACE No. 3 1/2 vise is a bench vise with a swivel anvil and 3 1/2" jaw faces. This vintage vise was manufactured in the USA by Wilton Tool in the 1970s. It has a maximum open of 3" It is true, as seen in the photos, they are rust and ware. However, it is functional and ready for the job.
