Ships same day as payment is rec’d The screwdriver was recently obtained from a sale, exact age is unknown. This is a vintage 14 1/2" prefect handle screwdriver made by Irwin Tool Company, I believe Irwin was one of the manufacturers that supplied military tools during WWII. This screwdriver I believe was supplied for the WWII General Mechanics tools sets (GMTS) as part number 41-S-1078, in tool sets 41-T-3538, per ORD, 6, SNL G-27 The screwdriver is stamped on the shaft IRWIN-USA. The screwdriver has the split wood handles with the metal shank running all the way through the end. The handles are pin riveted on. The screwdriver is 14 1/2" long and has a 1/2" wide flat blade tip. The Screwdriver is in lightly used Condition, …… has a couple of dings and rubs, and some discoloration spots, as noted from the photos.
