A 19th century cooper's, craftman-made, yellow birch slitting saw with a brass convex blade, 6 7/16" long, a body 9" long by 3 1/2" tall, and a 7/16" gap between the blade edge and the side guide. It is from a partial set of cooper's tools we are listing. It is in very good condition, with an old, long un-touched surface, and minor stains, chips and dings from long use. There are no maker's names on the blade or body.
