Early TACHOMETER James G BIDDLE German ODD Speed Original Box 25-30000. Condition is “Used”. The parts sheet is from 1965 but this is stamped Made in Germany making this pre war item. Not sure how to use, push the button and the stem goes out a little bit and believe that is to select one of the 2 scales. Has a working level built in Box top in need of repair but otherwise looks complete. Sold as is as i am unsure how to test.
