This is a saw set manufactured by A. E. Cunningham , Worcester MA. It has a patent date of 1873. Has a patent. number of 8800. Construction is of brass, cast iron., and steel. Turning the wood knobbed handle caused the forks to hold the blade in position while the little triphammer peened each tooth individually. The tool was inserted into a square hole in a work bench that matched the foot under the tool, holding it in place.
