F. Howard, Belfast, Maine (?) Spiral Push Screwdriver 13” w 1800’s Patents

Offering this early spiral screwdriver that is about 13" long as shown and is in nice undamaged condition., It works smoothly , has a nicely turned handle and a bronze or brass receiver that is faintly stamped on both sides of the upper end. We are able to read one side as F. Howard, Maker, Belfast (Me, ??} and on the other side it has 3 patent dates which are hard to read but the year dates appear to be 1869, 1872, and 1883.
