Lineman Pliers Kraeuter 1801 8 1/2 USA Made Vintage Old Hand Tool. This item is old. It has staining, discoloration, fading, scratches, paint loss, dents, scuff marks, tarnishing and rusting . The pivot point is tight with no wobble. I did put some Johnson's paste wax on it to help it from rusting. The raw metal may flash rust while in storage before you receive it.
