This is a very nice old Antique Large Hand Wrought Iron Smelting Pot Ladle Crucible tool. It's just over 23" long, with the bowl part a little over 8" in diameter (not including the spout) and weighs a bit over 4 lbs.' Not sure of its age but looks really old to me. It has a crusty old appearance, and there's a coup small cracks where the bowl meets the handle. It's still fully functional however. A really cool old iron tool.
