Has all the hallmarks of champion blower forge press, but no clear makers mark. NOTE large wheel has a chip out of its edge. Shows normal wear beyond this, press spins and is not locked up - would obviously benefit from a cleaning / restoration as it shows signs of surface rust and build up as shown.
