Vintage Chicago Specialty Company Pipe Flaring Tool. Some rust on this tool. It turns just fine. The body is about 3-1/4" tall. Also included is a General clamp with hole sizes 5/8", 1/2", 3/8", 5/16", 1/4", 3/16". Item is in fair condition with some rusting and bent turning rod. Clamp and flare tool are made in USA.
