Japanese oak-body Kanna hand planes. This lot includes a classic 6" wide-profile smoothing plane with a rich, dark hand-oiled finish and an open-throat single blade configuration. Also included is a longer, slender edge/sizing plane featuring an integrated chipbreaker holding pin (secondary chipbreaker blade not included). Both tools feature dense white oak bodies, clear throats, and solid laminated steel blades with excellent restoration potential for user or display
