Vintage Kwikset Double Cylinder Deadlock #665 U.S.3 Polished Brass Finish New. Condition is New. Original box has shelf wear. This lock will fit a standard 2-1/8” hole with a 2-3/8” backset. This is the distance from the lock side of door to the center of the lock hole. Modern locks are called adjusting because they will work by moving in and out for 2-3/4” or 2-3/8” backset. This type lock has 2 lock cylinders. You need a key to unlock from both sides. In some states like New York you are not allowed to use was type lock for that reason. If you plan on using this lock.
