A beautifully constructed plane, it has dovetailed steel and rosewood infills that look gorgeous, the bronze lever cap is stamped NORRIS #1 LONDON, the sole measures 13 1/2” in length by 2 7/8” width, has a SORBY 2 1/2” parallel iron and a NORRIS cap iron, the iron sits perfectly in the plane and has been honed super sharp, the handle grip feels great when holding in a working position with a fantastic front bun.
