There is general use to this item which includes worn corners, surface rust, cracks, nicks, dings and discoloration. The small wood screw turns nice. What I think is the depth guide is tight and won't move. The fence? moves but is somewhat tight. The blade and lock move good. This tool would probably need cleaned up and gone over really good before using. Needing adjusting, cleaning, straightening, and sharpening. Selling as is, parts or repair.
