George Mosher was granted patent 413,300, on October 22, 1889, for his "B" Plane. It is marked "B PLANE" in an arched mark, "PAT'D" faintly below that, and "OCT 22, 1889" below that. Condition is fair to good, with quite a bit of scattered pitting on both sides.
