You're buying the (2) push drill bits, shown in the photo.They are in good condition, the Flathead has some marring on the blade. The Flathead is marked Yankee and the Phillips has no maker name, although is marked with size designation.There is a 3/8" Flathead screwdriver bit, and a #1 Phillips head bit.These bits have notches and 5/16" shanks, and will fit several Millers falls drills and probably many Yankees and others also.Make sure and check the dimension of your drill chuck before buying.
