A Norris unhandled infill plane, No 4.. Dovetailed steel construction. Comes with a parallel cutter which I believe to be by Thos. Ibbotson. Cutter is 1 7/8" wide. Body carries some light pitting. Timber in good condition, and is the pre-war variety.
