THE PICTURES ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION SO LOOK CAREFULLYHere is a nice old Stanley #3C smooth plane. The tool has some old black finish and normal dings and scratches that come with age. The exotic hardwood knob and tote are both in good condition with some original finish. The iron is near full and has the notched logo. I took it all apart, cleaned it up a bit and checked it out to make sure there were no cracks and all the screws were free. The tool takes a nice shaving as is and should tune up quickly and provide years of good service.A top quality tool by a known maker ready to be restored for use.
