The Wetzler brand is a guess. Based on other comparable items made in Long Island city. Condition is used. Wear and tear from age, use and storage. Scuffs, scratches, dirt, dust, grime, surface rust. Parts move as they should. Some dents and gouges in metal. Metal nibs on plates. Top section is loose in its thread. This seems to be normal based on other bar clamps I have. Untested with actual materials. Please study the photos and ask questions, thanks for looking!
