An ORIGINAL TURNED MAHOGANY FRONT KNOB for a Wincheter No. 3010 bench plane by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company, New Haven, Connecticut. This knob, which fits the Winchester equivalent of the Stanley No. 5 jack plane, was produced for Winchester by cross-town neighbor Sargent & Company of New Haven, Connecticut.
