Scioto Works hand plane in found condition, still sturdy with chip breaker, with Ohio Tool iron.My understanding is that Scioto Works was located in the Ohio State Penitentiary and prisoners crafted the wood bodies under contract with Ohio Tool in Sandusky, Ohio.
