Description: Antique L & I J White Wood Coffin Smoothing Plane w/cast steel warranted blade. Dimensions: 8” (L), 5” (H), 3” (D). Blade block is missing. Marked on end is what looks like “W E Wild”. Blade is marked with what appears to be “Fred Stones Warranted Cast Steel” with a tree design. Plane is in good condition considering its age, probably circa 1800s. Plane has been cleaned and oiled.
