An ORIGINAL PATENT TWO-PART LEVER CAP by the Millers Falls Company, Millers Falls, Massachusetts. This uncommon 2 1/4" width cap came from a Millers Falls No. 15 heavy jack plane and it is the only Millers Falls plane to use a cap of this size. This clean and well preserved lever cap retains nearly all of its original nickel plating and red japan infill paint beneath the semicircular Millers Falls name casting and could be put directly to use.
