An ORIGINAL FROG MECHANISM for an Upson No. 26 or No. 35 transitional plane by the Upson Nut Company, Unionville, Connecticut. Fully 95% of the original black japan finish remains on this frog, which is designed for use with a cutting iron measuring 2" in width.
